This one-hour just-for-fun class is for all ages/abilities. Let's put on some culture/family-friendly music and listen to our bodies, hearts, and spirit! This class is for anyone who enjoys listening to contemporary Indigenous music, spending time with community, and being physically active.

About the event
This is a family drop-in program that will be open to our local community as a way to connect with each other in a healthy way. We will move dance and stretch to some family-friendly contemporary Indigenous music. 1 hour of freestyle hoops and ribbons and games to explore movement together as a fam!
*Parents are required to stay with their children.
